These evenings are an opportunity to explore, discuss and taste wines from around the world in an educational yet social environment.

The evenings are conducted by Sommelier David Murphy with the occasional wine industry expert assisting in walking you through the tasting.

Educational material, bread, cheese and a topic matching main dish will be served during the evening.

Tickets are great value at just $110 per person with the tasting to start promptly at 6.00pm and finishing by 9.30ish..

We require confirmation of final numbers 24 hours prior. A Cancellation fee of $50.00 per person will be charged if the booking does not show or is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.

Credit Card Transactions incur a 1.5% surcharge.

A wine fundraising event to support the Adelaide Hills Bushfire Appeal

There has been so much destruction in this extended bushfire season. Among the heartbreaking incidences 25,000 hectares in the Adelaide Hills region has been destroyed by a furious and fast moving fire.  This happened just before Christmas.

Almost without warning, the devastating Cudlee Creek fires tore through the region destroying so much in its path. Vineyards, wineries, equipment, sheds, wine stock in barrels, bottles and tanks.
Immediately we knew that we wanted to do something in support of our friends in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.

Come support the region at One Penny Red on Sunday 2nd February at a fantastic Adelaide Hills Wine tasting event. Our pop up cellar door will have representatives from more than 16 wineries there on the day presenting their range of wines.  

Order wine on the day directly and support for all the wonderful wineries, growers and producers in Adelaide Hills! There will also be a raffles on the day to support WIRES.

TICKETS include entry, tastings and a Plumm Three wine glass.  

Funds raised will be directly donated to the Adelaide Hills Bushfire Appeal.
