Since inception Four Pillars has become an iconic Australian gin, known for complex botanicals and well balanced acidity. teaming up with neighbouring Yarra Valley pig producer, whose animals are fattened on the waste of botanicals post distillation, Four Pillars have created a now legendary dinner series, Gin Pigs. 

The Gin Pigs dinner offers a nose-to-tail 4 course menu plus canapes with cocktails and wines to match.
